SHIPPING POLICY
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order.
Most items leave our warehouse the same day or the next business day. Some products, such as our fragrances and select purses are shipped within 2 business days.

Where are orders shipped from?
Most orders are shipped from Tampa, FL, however some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer so they might be shipped from a location other than Florida.
How long does it take to ship out my order?
All orders will shipped either the same or next business day. Items shipped from the manufacturer can take anywhere from 1 business day to 3 business days.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Depending on your location and the shipping method you choose orders can take anywhere from 2-7 business days. All states closer to the
Florida area usually receive their shipments within 2-3 days.
California residents usually receive shipments within 5-7 days.
Priority- Generally 2-3 business days no matter where your location
Ground or Parcel- East cost usually takes 2-3 days; West coast usually takes about 4-7 days.
How do you package my order?
Orders are usually packaged in a large bubble envelope made of 100% recycled paper. This allows us to secure and protect your shipment, saves you money on shipping and helps contribute to saving the environment and to stop the excess cutting down of trees.
Larger orders are shipped in a box because they won't fit in a bubble envelope. These packages are usually delivered to your front door. If you would like them delivered to a specific location other than the front door, please indicate these special instructions in the order comments when you check out.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). You have the option to use your preferred carrier when you check out. Free ground shipping is usually provided through UPS Ground or USPS Parcel Post.
How will I know when my order was shipped?
We will send you an email within a few hours after your order is shipped. Additionally, you can log in to your account at anytime and check the status of your order.
Will I get a tracking number?
All orders are shipped and accessible to view the tracking status. You will receive the tracking number when your order is shipped via email. You can also view this information anytime by visiting our website and logging in to your account.
